Ingredients

  • 150 gr ginger
  • 500 ml water
  • 150 ml lemon
  • 90 gr honey

Steps

  1. Peel the ginger, and mince it .

  2. Boil it in water for 8 minutes.

  3. Filter it

  4. Cool to 40°C (for vitamin C).

  5. Add lemon and honey.
