Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • butter (40%gr)
  • 80 gr brown sugar
  • 150@ml rhum

Steps

  1. Put a puff pastry in a pie dish and prick it with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.

  2. Spray some butter.

  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar

  4. Pour the rhum over the sugar.

  5. Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C and serve warm.
