Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pod vanilla

Steps

  1. Mix the egg yolks and the sugar.

  2. Add the flour and mix.

  3. Add 100 ml of the milk to make the mixture more liquid.

  4. Put the rest of the milk left to heat. When it is warm, add the egg/sugar/ flour mixture.

  5. Add the vanilla.

  6. Mix with a whisk until boiling. At this point the cream should already be quite thick.
