Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 2 pots yogurt
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 25 g corn flour
- 300 g pistachios
- 45 ml orange blossom water
- 200 g butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 3 tea spoon baking powder
Steps

Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Mix the yogurt, the sugar, the flour, the corn flour, the ground pistachios, the orange blossom water, the melted butter, the egg yolks, and the baking powder.

Add the egg whites to the mix.

Bake at 150-160°C for 30-40 minutes.

Once the cake is baked and cooled, glaze it with a lime glaze.
