Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 80 g raisins
  • 80 g onions
  • 60 ml cider vinegar
  • 60 ml white wine vinegar
  • 60 ml water
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 tea spoon tumeric
  • 1 table spoon black pepper
  • 10 g ginger

Steps

  1. Peel mangos and cut them in large cubes (should be about 600-650 g).

  2. Mix the mangos, the garlic, the raisins and the onions with the cider vinegar, the white wine vinegar, the water, the sugar.

  3. Add the chili pepper, the salt, the tumeric, the ground black pepper, the ginger.

  4. Cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
