Goes very well with cheese, burgers, curry, and pretty much everything else...
Ingredients
- 1 Kg onions
- 275 g sugar
- 125 ml olive oil
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml red wine vinegar

Mix in a large pot the chopped onions, the sugar, the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar the red wine vinegar.

Cook on low heat for… a long time. A very long time (> 2 hours).

Taste regularly to adjust the seasoning to your liking.
