Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • 150 ml lait
  • 2 table spoons sugar
  • 120 gr flour
  • salt
  • 1 CàC baking powder
  • 2 egg

Steps

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the lait, the sugar, the flour, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.

  2. Beat the egg whites in a meringue. Incorporate them into the mixture.

  3. Let it rest 30 minutes (or all night if you want to eat them the next day).

  4. Cook the pancakes in a pan as usual.
