Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 150 ml lait
- 2 table spoons sugar
- 120 gr flour
- salt
- 1 CàC baking powder
- 2 egg
Steps

Mix the egg yolks with the lait, the sugar, the flour, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.

Beat the egg whites in a meringue. Incorporate them into the mixture.

Let it rest 30 minutes (or all night if you want to eat them the next day).

Cook the pancakes in a pan as usual.
