Ingredients

  • 250 gr flour
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 250 gr butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 100ml water
  • 50 gr sugar

Steps

  1. Mix the flour, the sugar, the melted butter, the eggs, the zest of the oranges, half of their juice and the baking powder.

  2. Bake for 25 minutes à 180°C.

  3. Soak the cooled cake with a syrup made with the remaining orange juice, water and sugar.
