Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 oranges
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 100ml water
- 50 g sugar
Steps

Mix the flour, the sugar, the melted butter, the eggs, the zest of the oranges, half of their juice and the baking powder.

Bake for 25 minutes à 180°C.

Soak the cooled cake with a syrup made with the remaining orange juice, water and sugar.
