Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 3 table spoons double cream
  • 1 pinch chili pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

  1. Peel the garlic.

  2. Cook it in boiling water for5 minutes.

  3. Cool it under cold water and dry it.

  4. Blend the garlic with the olive oil, the lemon juice, the double cream, the chili pepper and the salt.
